What's happening-Frederick/Carroll Co Area?

I'm listening to TG653 on the Ft Detrick system trying to ID what it's a patch of.
It sounds like units are working a fire type incident. I've heard Chief-22, Chief-11, Quint-11, Truck-1 and Tanker-1.

What channel are they on?

1903- Got it narrowed down to Frederick Co.
Tac40? Would that be the first assigned channel for a working incident?

I am a regular listener to Frederick County EOC. The most commonly used talkgroups/channels seem to be:

EMS 10 (Routine ambulance calls and accidents)
EMS 50 (Secondary EMS calls)
TAC 30 (Serious vehicle accidents, structure fires)
FIRE 20 (Usually fires, but sometimes miscellaneous calls)
TAC 40 (Secondary channel for incidents)

Tac 40 is usually assigned to a call when Tac 30 is already in use. I missed the call so I have no idea what it was.
