155.025. Lists Tull Fire Dept, but getting some kind of traffic that is most definitely not fire related. Anyone know who is using this channel, and what kind of business it is?

I didnt know they would assign the same frequency to two agencies in adjoining counties. That Maumelle VHF backup is actually being used for the Peabody or Statehouse convention center security now. And that answered that question.

Maumelle doesn't license or operate that frequency. I'm not sure why it stays in the RR listings. I've personally submitted corrections in the past to have it removed. The current user is the Statehouse Convention Center.
