I have a RadioShack PRO-197 (which is just a PSR-600 with the Shack's logo on it) and it has not let me down. In fact after the local county TRS system rebanded I'm glad I shelled out extra money for it. So the closest thing in your poll would be a GRE PSR-500.

Generally most who deal with digital, and even more who deal with digital simulcast, prefer the GRE radios, hands down. If you do more analog, esp. milair, you would likely lean towards a Uniden. That's my experience.
As I write this the PRO-106 is the leader. I wonder if that is because of price. I have considered one several times, but don't like it over the PSR-500 -- location of display, accessories that it comes with and things like that are the reasons.
