dear forum, australia im wondering what type of antenna to use except a discone the diamond ones are junk the benelec ones and the icom ah7000 tried them all i get local uhf scratchy on every antenna ive tried but with a 4 or 6db antenna ive tried the uhf antennas on uhf its great on vhf its great etc i was wondering iof a 6 or 9 or 12 db would be the answer for the uhf drop ,the vhf on discones is excellent, anyone have any ideas ,david nsw australia
