Running slow and sluggish at 10:20 am, but it is returning the complete license summary

I know it's been over a week since last update, but after discussing GMRS with my neighbor on Saturday he let me know yesterday that he applied via FCC's website and is just waiting for the approval process to complete. Sounds like whatever was ailing the website has been fixed.
