Sometimes my scanner will pick them up and one day it won't even go off at all! I live close to the station and i have a tower on top of my roof, i pick up counties all around the state. Is there a specific setup to monitor them properly? I don't understand what the F*** is wrong. Can someone please help me out with saint peters. I would greatly appreciate it. I get all 5 bars for reception but no traffic. The system i have it set to is Motorola type 2 splinter, Motorola type 2 standard does not show any bars what so ever.

This system has been rebanded. Did you set up the band plan in the radio scanner?

Code:
Band Plan Base Freq (Lower) Base Freq (Upper) Offset Polarity Spacing
1 851.0250MHz 854.0000MHz 440 + 25 kHz
2 851.0125MHz 868.9875MHz 0 + 25 kHz
