I've been doing a bunch of reading and so far i know i want an hand-held trunk scanner. That can pick up DC MPD "police zone talkgroups 1 and 2" "Police Special Events talkgroup" and "Police Alternate Talkgroups". I check out this sites digtal scanner forum but i still didnt get what i was looking for. I want to know whats the most reliable,easy to work with scanner. I have read that i might have to spend up to $500 for a good scanner.I dont mind spending that much,but i dont want too if i dont have to. Once againe this site has been great in suppying me with info, just need some personal opinions. Thanks, Newontheblock
