When/why did Banks County freq 151.1300 change tone?

Noticed wasn't getting any traffic on freq. 151.13000 (Banks County Sheriff Dispatch) ctss 146.2 did a search on next time scanner stopped on it and seems that Banks County is now using 203.5.

Anyone know when or why this happened and if anything else has changed. thanks

too much bleed over using the othe PL tone is why they switched. Nothing else that I know of.

maybe they narrowbanded? it is common practice to change the private tones.
