Doe anyone know a estamied time when cleveland pd will be switching from vselp to something monitorable by a digital scanner? and how much longer till the marcs system switches to 9600 baud? and :?:

Cleveland will prolly change to P-25 at the end of 2008 once the rebanding takes place. MARCS will be within the next 2-3 years as funds permit it.
