Where did Balt county and Howard county PD go?

I have a radioshack pro108 with the vscanner eprom.

When I lived in the city I reprogrammed it to the new system using some software off this site.

Now im in howard county / ellicott city, so I reprogrammed it off the eprom. Now I get nothing? Some times it seems Balt county will get a signal but it never locks on to anything.

Did they upgrade like Balt city did a year ago?

Howard rebanded several months ago, so their freqs have shifted. And as for the county, they shifted almost a year ago to a new P25 system that is indeed similar to the City. And as such, it's almost as difficult to get a good signal with the county, depending on where you are.

Sounds like your library needs updating if you want to hear Howard...Mike
