where did the common frequencies link go?

There used to be a link on the left frames of the home page called 'common frequencies' or something very similar; in that were listings for the AAR Railroad channels, ITac/ICall (NPSPAC if you prefer), Vtac, UTac, ect. I can't seem to find that anymore. Where did it go?

Where did the common frequencies go? How do I add Dec to a radio shack pro 95?

As it says above, to the wiki. And Dec are the talk group numbers - the instructions are in the section on the type of trunked system you're entering. ('Dec' means decimal, as opposed to hexidecimal [base 16], which is the other column.)
