Where do you buy digital scanners

I have been trying all week to pick up a good used digital scanner from Ebay all week with all sellers residing in the US and none want to ship across the border into canada.... Where do you folks get your digital scanners from?

But you can Find Good Scanners on Ebay But if you Go that Route find out if the Seller will let you return the Radio if something should be out of Place or if the Radio won't work when you Receive it..

Radio Shack has some Good buys they Sell the Home Patrol, Some stores even sell the 396 and they can order the 996 for ya and have it sent to your Home)

Grove Electronics is going out of Business but they've Got some Discounts on the Radios they still have in Stock and even though there going out of Business the Radios will carry a Year or So warranty and Uniden should back the Warranty if you should Run into an issues..

And Stores Like:. Scanner Master, Universal Radio , Communications Electronics, Also sell these Digital Radios..

Look here on the classified ads on the forum. There's a couple GRE 600's just posted today.

Ok, since I started this thread I have taken ownership of a pro 96. Any help in directing me to the programming would be awesome. I have the programming cable coming in the mail now so that part is taken care of...
