i just got "oops page not found" and ran a trace on it and it was showing connection was refused by host not sure why using Insight Communications/Time Warner in Kentucky on 50/5 Service no issues on any site today but this one

Yes, the site experienced an outage yesterday evening...amazingly during the time the OP Posted his question so I am not sure how that got through. In any case the problem was resolved last night, so this is closed.
