I don't know the area but try a ham radio store.. Or you can look into the Toronto outlets (they will ship)

You can try Lectron Radio in Peterbough. I purchased a PSR 500 from there last month.

Try Harold McFarlane in Battersea. They carry amateur gear and might have scanners as well.

You might have to google around a bit to find it.
