Where to find band plan information in database?

After downloading system data to my scanner, I'm still not receiving transmissions for several sites. I'm assuming that I'm missing some band plan information or something. Where in the database do I find a location's band plan information if available?

Thanks for the reply! That's a great idea...here's the link to one of the systems...

Disregard my silly question. I wasn't paying attention. There is no bandplan in the DB for that system, although there probably should be. But your scanner should detect the bandplan anyway as long as you have it properly configured (and assuming you are still using a BCD325P2).

Yes, I'm still using the BCD325P2 scanner. It's a busy system, and I'm getting crickets on multiple scanners, so I know something is wrong. I used Proscan to download the system information to the scanner.

i see the nasty word "simulcast".
that means the radio might have problems receiving it.
you might want to , and if you can legally, drive around with the radio to see if you can get something.
my 325 works great around my county, but has problems at my house from not getting anything to getting every other word.

Thanks for the reply. I've driven around with the scanner, well inside their broadcast range, but I still get crickets. Is there another scanner that's better with simulcasts?

I'm not sure what you mean by "but I still get cricket"
Did the site/s import when you imported from the RRDB?
Can you post the ProScan database text file here or at least a screenshot of the database tree (on the left side) so we can take a look.

Thanks for reminding me about broadcastify! That gives me something to compare to.

PROBLEM SOLVED: Thanks for the reply. By crickets, I'm meant no transmission received on any talk group in the system at any time. I checked the scanner again and noticed that two of the three simulcasts didn't appear in the system on the scanner. I deleted all systems in the scanner, re-downloaded just this system, and now, all simulcasts are present and I'm receiving transmissions at this point. There must have been a download error or something originally. THANKS!
