Go ask on the Sticky Thread for Milcom IV in the Maryland forum - which is something of a misnomer, since it covers much of the Mid Atlantic area. There is also the pamilitarymonitors Yahoo group where you might turn this up.
There is also a eBook sold by Scanner Master called the Phillyscanner guide that may have some stuff in it. We also have a link in our database for NAS Willow Grove, however it's likely somewhat dated, as BRAC might have moved a lot of stuff out.
