where to get BCD996XT online?

So anyone have any sites that have BCD996XT in stock? Scanner master doesn't have it.

Also if I buy the USB cable with it, a membership here, how does freescan work to just download the files needed to program counties?

Also with this scanner is it possible to scan both Digital systems, and analog systems at the same time?

Also is there any decent but CHEAP mobile antennas that I can use that can monitor digital and analog?

Would this one at Scanner master work?
