Where to post an "after the fact" incident video?

I have a youtube video I was considering posting of a house fire that occurred yesterday. As I'm in California, the California thread seemed to be the place to post it, but it is neither breaking news or really specific to radio comms. While I think most would find it interesting, it doesn't seem to "fit" into any of the sub-forums?

Any advice would be appreciated (and I did read the stickies, etc.).
