I have found it at several places but they are all on CD. I haven't had a CD player on a computer or for TV is at least two months. I don't understand how these companies don't offer it some other way. If you know how to purchase this other than CD I would be glad to do that. Both Giga Parts and DX Engerineering only offer it by CD. I actually called and ask them and they looked and it is only CD. Thank You

RT Systems offer their software by download or CD. The CD has an extra cost, so keeping a secure copy for backup is a good idea, although you can download it more than once with a little extra effort needed.

Your issue is with Icom, not their retailers.

You could buy a USB CD drive, connect the drive to your computer, and install the software.

I want to thank everyone who Posted with help. I had read that using Chirp had issues. Since I am kinda new at this I didn't want to screw up.
I did pass the General Test last Thursday thus I had been waiting to set up the 7100 and someone ended up giving me an IC-718. Lots to learn and not break anything.
Looking at RT Systems looks like the way to.
Thanks Again

You can also download the software and then write it to a CD if you have that capability.

I keep a USB drive with the RT programs and activation codes and also a file on the computer SSD. I have been using computers since DOS 1 and my CD/DVD stacks were getting out of control.
