I’m still learning my BC125AT. I’ve got the 97 AAR frequencies programmed in banks 1 and 2. I’ve been advised to program HOT and EOT also. But I’ve read that they are UHF. Does that mean I should put them in a separate bank or can I put them on channels 98 and 99 at the end of bank 2, which the 97 AAR frequencies didn’t completely fill up?

Think they can go wherever you like unless the scanner does not allow vhf and uhf mixed. If that's the case, then choose an additional bank. I have them in my 436 with freight freqs.

Sure, I’d suggest adding Alpha tags for each to help identify them when it pops up on the screen.
