Which airport uses 132.45 near Detroit?

Hanging out in Dearborn, and doing a service search on the air band. I have picked up a few transmissions on 132.45, which I do not see in the DB, or the airport info for DTW. (I checked Wayne County & Windsor area.)

It sounded like I could hear the ground station as well as the aircraft.

It's Cleveland ARTCC's Windsor Sector - primarily handles eastbound departures from DTW once they get above 17,000 feet until passed off to a higher sector (roughly 24,000 feet)
