which antenna should I get and why?

which one of those anntenas would preform better than the other? if at all

im listening to all bands

Hi i use the Scannermaster wideband vertical & the Icom-AH7000 discone the discone outperforms the wideband antenna although the vertical is sitting a 1 metre higher and i use Belden-9913 low loss on both antennas.
