Which is best Linux Distro for RTL-SDR???

I am trying to figure out which Linux distro is best and easiest to run RTL-sdr (RTL2832U R820T) software and drivers without much user having to clone packages. I heard RTL-SDR is going to be native in Linux and if true which distro?
