First, our community will establish its own National Repeater Registry, which will remain freely accessible to everyone. We will also make this data available to software developers at no cost.
Second, we will create a new registry for Simplex "infrastructure-less" nodes to serve as a backup in case repeaters fail or during a grid-down scenario. The Mesh Network seems to offer promising possibilities.
Third, we're unveiling a completely new feature that lets users view active repeaters, see who is using them, rate them, and remove inactive ones.'
