i have been trying to program my ws 1095 and i can not get to program it keeps saying nothing to scan all day long it will not take channels ?

AGAIN?!! every one of your posts are like this. My advice to you is forget it and listen to a broadcastify feed or read the link above provided by simmsrep about 10 times.

The Whistler 1095 is programmed via EZScan. No need to connect to RR.
Maybe do a database update and reload the scanner.

turn on the scanner and let it boot up , then press "1"

A 1095 has no numeric keypad the user does not understand how to turn on PLAY LIST.
