I just bought a Whistler ws1065 scanner, got a premium membership here and the trial of psredit500. Running windows 10 updated always. When I sign in to radio reference there is no bottom half of the window to import, nor any x o or - at the top right of the box so I can’t download what I have chosen. I uninstalled it and downloaded again. Any thoughts ? Thanks, Jim
