Try as I may try as I might, I cain't seem to program my scanner. Anybody know how???

I use win500

There are 3 choices of programming software for your scanner: ARC500, Win500, and PSREdit500. Using software is far faster and easier than attempting to program manually using the keypad. There have been reports of people unable to get keys to use Win500. I use Butel ARC500 Basic. The Pro version adds logging functions. All 3 have a free trial period to decide which one you prefer. What is your city, county, and state, and which systems and agencies would you like to monitor?

How about giving us some more info? Where are you from? What system(s) or agency(ies) are you trying to monitor? How are you programming, by hand? by app? which app? Would like to get a picture regarding potential issues which may prevent you from hearing what you want to hear: simulcast distortion, encryption, etc. The more info you can give us the better
