Whistler 1080 4.8 firmware problems

I upgraded my ws 1080 to newest firmware and now i have problems:
First I have several channels programmed with DMR services and they are working perfectly. but:
1- when I do a limit search where there are many DMR channels active it stops but doesn't play any audio
2-when I go to my saved scanlist chan 1 which is P25 for example I lock it on wildcard and it stops scanning but again no audio.
I don't know what to do at this point. All help appreciated.

I would start over with a new SD CARD

The audio comes from the DSP. Try and upgrade that again. Do you get any audio at all with analog conventional channels?
