where on the home page do i download frequencies to my whistler scanner? I've clicked on every one but no where directs me to download. The computer opens up my card on scanner but never completes the upgrade. does not allow me to open it up on the home page.

You use the EZ Scan programming software and download the database from Whistler which they get from the RR database weekly.
