Whistler dmr upgrade turn around time

Whistler received my unit today for a paid dmr upgrade. Has anybody ever had a good report with Whistler repair out of Rodgers, Ar? Are they pretty fasr in turn around time? Thank you

"Whistler will be offering official DMR upgrades for the Radio Shack PRO-18 and PRO-668 (as well as the GRE PSR-800) beginning June 1st. The cost will be $59.99 plus the cost of shipping your radio to Whistler (with return shipping paid by Whistler). Turnaround time is estimated at "up to 2 weeks."

Had two radios done, both returned in less than 2 weeks. They were worth the money and the wait.

My Pro-18 took about that long. Also depends on how far it has to travel.

You'll see a number of positive reports on here about the upgrade and repair times. Mine was back faster than promised. And, the reception was much better afterwards.

I live only 2 hrs away from the repair center, they received mine today for a dmr upgrade and audio problem

My unit was received today at there repair center, I only live 2hrs from the repair center. Getting a dmr upgrade and audio check.
