I don't have one, but it is a P25 scanner, so it should work just fine.

I agree with Scott on this one. I don't have one but I don't see why it wouldn't work just fine

I wasn't sure because on the spec sheet it list trunking as No.

I can see why you were confused! I'm thinking they made a mistake in their specs. They list all the trunking modes and then say it doesn't do trunking.

From Scannermaster's website:

Multi-System Trunking
Scans most common trunked radio system signaling formats, including Motorola, EDACS, LTR and P25 trunked radio networks. Both talkgroup and individual call monitoring are supported.

Best bet for ya lol. I wouldn't pay over $500 for something that didn't do trunking. Unless it's a commercial grade radio or a wide band reciever

When programming VIPER, what type system is it MOT 800/900, MOT VHF/UHF, P25 Manual or P25 Auto?

whistler 1065

The one I use here in Caldwell Co. N.C. , works just fine. So if you can get a good buy in one ; go for it! They are on viper. P 25 Phase 1 !!!!
