I've sent one radio to them for repair, a TRX-1 after I blew out the front end (road trip, mag mount antenna too close to a VHF mobile). Took about a month. Got it back and it was running WAY too hot. Sent it back and it was done in about 10 days, free of charge. Only issue with their stuff yet.

Also, 2 of my 5 TRXs are "Scratch and Dent" models. I never found any blemishes, cosmetic issues, or anything. Maybe the boxes had been opened but I was not able to tell.

Finally got the radio back after almost 3 weeks. they had to replace the r/f module, don't know how they missed that when they were replacing the logic board. Got this radio on may 2nd and only have had it 3 weeks the rest of the time it was in for repairs. The radio seems to work good so far the only problem is now when somebody talks the LCD flickers, i will live with that problem
