Things are not going to happen overnight have a little patience. They have to find all the records and when something was received.
As you have been told YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO PROVE WHAT AND WHEN YOU SENT SOMETHING IN FOR REPAIR.
1. Do you have a receipt to show something was sent and received by Whistler?
2. Sending a scanner to someone not answering phones or emails is not one of the best things to do.
3. Constantly complaining here is not going to work out well for you.

Well, I guess nobody knows anything about forgiveness sense I never got a reply.
No forgiveness or response was needed as you didn't need to apologize.

It was brought to your attention that you posted the same question three times with adequate answers each time and to please stop posting regarding the same topic, three times was enough or I guess it's five times now.

No need for forgiveness, just let it go. Everybody else has.😄.
