These are all scams. They have your money sent to a private account, for an individual. No product is sent. If you put in a dispute then they send a fake shipment tracking number. You will never get your products. I ordered a SDS 200 for $99. So I know from experience. I also ordered a power washer. Same thing. When I called the web site that had the add they told me they don't sell that type of product. They have heard from others too. Someone created a fake web site that looks like the real thing. If you get a price that sounds too good to be true and it comes from China save yourself the headache.
