WS1040: Whistler WS 1040 Signal

Hello newbie here, after a week of using the stock antenna I got the Diamond RH77CA, I am able to listen but what I find weird is that the
Signal icon it's only showing up with one bar and that would be with both antennas stock and Diamond. Wondering if there's a step I missed
in the programming.

Sounds like you are not using the best tower for the system. Did you try other towers in your area and see if it improves? Also, if it is a simulcast system that could be an issue. Have you moved the scanner around, if so does it change any?

There isn't much trunking activity in Sonoma County. Is this the system? Golden Gate Bridge Highway and Transportation District Trunking System, San Rafael, California - Scanner Frequencies

@tvengr you are right on the trucking not much action, @N1GAW I did moved around to clear fields in my are and
do get reception, I just dont see that signal bar all the way up just barely one but it comes in clear.
