Here's the frequencies you need to put in that are near the top. If properly programmed all you need to do is put the two RED frequencies as those are the control channel frequencies. Talkgroups near the bottom for Wayne county

You will likely find if any other replies will mention simulcast issues since Wayne uses 4 towers and reception can be frustrating on that scanner. Best ones that work perfectly and uses zipcodes to program, but are expensive are the SDS100 or SDS200. They are expensive but only scanners designed to work in simulcast areas that all of S.E. MI is.
