Whistler WS1080 Database Files not found on sd card

Have a WS1080 hasn’t used in years. Powered it up and got “Database files not found on as card” error message. Send in for service, got it back, same thing. They then sent me a new as card (8gb), went through all the steps, no change. Funny thing is I can see Wildcard talkgroups on P25 system. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Did you download the latest library database files via EZ Scan?

Yes went through the whole process.

When you turn it on and its in "initializing" press and hold the MENU button. Continue holding until it displays all the versions. Look at the RR Lib Ver line - what does it show?
