Whistler's Scanner Control for PC

I can't seem to find any info regarding the Scanner Control program for the PC. I'm trying to find out if there are any settings I need to adjust in order to get the Squelch Mode and Squelch Tone columns to populate for conventional channels, it seems to log the info for talk-groups ok.

I've been using the program for a couple years now and the program has a very difficult time catching those columns. If there is a real good signal it will sometimes populate them, but not on a regular basis. This was very disappointing to me, as I'd love to use it for logging traffic.

I'm using a modified version of TRX Android Suite TRX Android Suite which does a better job, but typically it only works on a regular basis if you are doing a spectrum search versus limit search or regular scanning.
