Whitley City Fire Digital - Feedback Requested

I was scrolling through the eDispatches page when I found this audio replay from McCreary County of Whitley City Fire. It sounds digital to me, maybe DMR or P25. Can anyone local advise if they have gone digital. The frequency listed for this toneout is 154.3850. I regularly travel through Somerset and Whitley City to Tennessee every month or so and haven't noticed any changes myself.

McCreary County KY is 90% dmr. SO is still analog. Everything else is DMR.
