162.225 has been used by the USPS Denver mail handling center for decades.

161.950 has been on the air for several years now. There was another operator on 161.925 but the frequency appears to have ceased operation in the past year.

I'm getting LTR DATA from it! "HR06 0-06-049"

I found another new LTR freq on 161.9 "HR 0-07-006".

WooHoo, time for a scavenger hunt!

GlacierClipper's list sounds very much like concrete delivery or something similar.

TG 0-07-118 is DEFINITELY concrete delivery (discussing 'washout' of the truck)

I cracked about 4 LTR systems a couple of years ago. Exhausting work.
Have fun guys!

I have not been logging or taking notes on the Talkgroups on this LTR recenty. Got the LCN's a few months back, got tied up with some family matters and decide to leave the scanners alone for a while. Now things are back to normal so the scanners are back on and the monitoring is always fun.

Hopefully a few others will get into the getting the Talkgroups.

If someone was running LTR analyzer, we could figure out how many channels there are. From there, just figure out the rest of the freqs. Then just log the TG's.

I'm not getting much of anything down here today... the WX yesterday must have helped ;-)

The PRO-106/197 and it's GRE brethren 500/600 have the ability to auto-sort LTR LCN's.

Enter all the system frequencies via win500 and check the "LTR:Auto-Place" check box. Let the radio scan for awhile and it will auto-sort them on the fly.

Not to change the subject but is there a software download for "LTR Analyzer"? Also Phil thanks for the tip on Radio's that auto sort.

Hey Chris, I know about the software, that's why mentioned if someone was using it, they could find out just how many channels we need to be looking for.

Dear Easter Bunny: Can you get GRE to include this option in the next firmware upgrade please!!!!

Since LTR standard only uses up to LCN20 the old school method with Uniden scanners was to fill in the same freq from 1-20 in a bank and see what channel it stopped on when a transmission went live in talkgroup search and record that LCN for that freq and repeat with all the other freqs until all were identified. A little tougher for larger systems especially with some LCN's that only lit up when the system is fully loaded but effective in any case.

How about the "Shack's" Q.C. folks releasing the new 106/197 flash code before Christmas first?

If this is the one I'm thinking, there is a transmitter for it around 152nd @ Holly that I caught off Close Call.

I posted about 6-8 months ago wondering why a Marine freq was being used. You guys acquainted me with the "re-using Marine freqs in land-locked areas" policy.

It will happen... There aren't as many employees in the Q.C. department any more.

Hey Chris, just wanted to apologize for totally misreading your question. As Jim pointed out, you can download it @ the link he provided.

While making a round-trip yesterday to DIA from Colorado Springs I logged your TRS for a short time.

LCN05=161.875
LCN06=161.925
LCN07=161.900

TG's logged:

005036
005255
006007 voice
006025 data
006049 data
007100 Taxi, dispatch
007119
007121 Taxi, mobile to 007100 dispatch
007129 Taxi, mobile to 007100 dispatch
007145 Cement trucks
007147
007156 Taxi, mobile to 007100 dispatch
007159
007163
007166

The is the best I can come up with for an FCC license:
WQHV435 - Motorola, Inc
ULS License - Public Coast Stations, Auctioned License - WQHV435 - Motorola, Inc.

The 161.925 and 161.900 are part of an LTR System.

Callsign: ?

161.925 LCN 6
161.900 LCN 7
161.875 LCN 5
162.000 LCN 1
161.800 LCN 3 or 14 ?

This LTR is very strong up here in the Fort Collins area.
