This is somewhere in the central state and somewhat faint from my location with an outside antenna on the west side of Warner Robins near Centerville.
463.7375 and 464.6875 are a couple I can't find a license on and it appears to be at the same location. It sounds like an analog LTR or private trunking frequency. Especially the background noise and the ends that make it sound like an analog Motorola trunk.
It sounds like factory or warehouse. If anyone has time can check it out? It's not important but if anybody's curious, I'd appreciate it.
