Who is Gambler?

I have been listening to "Gambler XXX" all week escorting craft away from Camp David. Lots of refueling operations with them as well, all co-ordinated by Huntress.

Does anyone know who and what Gambler is?

I've heard them as well, on 139.15. Most likely they are F-16s from the 77th FS Shaw AFB.

The Gambler callsign is also used by the F-16s of the 144th FW of the CA ANG.
