Who is on this frequency

When i listen to 470.2125 there is a nac of 1D3. I thought it was a trunking freq for ICIS.

A P25 frequency be it conventional or trunked will always send a NAC. In the case of a trunked system it's partially the sysid (891D) and the logical number for the connect tone (90.0 is #3).

So things are operating normally.
