who made the Pro-2021?

I'm in the process of debating between upgrading to a current scanner, the GRE PSR-400 is one of them.
and in reading the manual fro the PSR-400, I've noticed similarities in operation to the old PRO-2021 I have now, and I know some of the current RS scanner are made by GRE, so I'm just wonder if my old scanner was also?
