Who owns this channels

i live down in southeastern saskatchewan and i have been noticing some warbling on 856.1125. can anyone tell how is on that channel

TAFL says that's a FleetNet frequency. It's your province's wide area trunk system. For more info, check http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR&sid=3582 in the database.

Jay is right. That frequency is part of the SaskTel Fleetnet system. You will hear all of the Fleetnet users on that channel. That's a big range from Sask Power to Sask Highways to tow trucks, couriers, plumbers, etc. A real mixed bag if you don't have a trunk tracking scanner. There should be other frequencies in use for Fleetnet as well off the same radio tower. As Jay pointed out, the database entry has the other frequencies listed.
