SID: 01A7h-0247
My guess would be the Mount Pleasant TxWARN site.SID: 01A7h-0247 CC 770.80625
If you have confirmed this, submit it to the database so it can be updated. The only way information is added or updated in the database is when members verify the info and submit it.013Eh-0204 GATRRS Bowie Co. has a new CC of 773.09375 (which isn't listed)
This would be a new site as the existing one is site 3 and you show site 4. I'd suspect this goes with the voice channels you found earlier. And by the way, 013Eh-0204 GATRRS Bowie Co. has a new CC of 773.09375 (which isn't listed)
It's under the state license, of which you won't find any site specific locations listed anywhere. And site 02-004 didn't exist in the RR database until the yesterday, so I imagine a DB admin saw this thread and added it.The TXWARN data is correct for 770.80625 SID: 01A7h-0247 I guess I overlooked it when I was hunting for it at 3:30 in the morning before I posted the question of ownership here. It is indeed Titus county. That mystery is solved.
So the GATRRS Site 4 is in the DB with this channel 773.09375 and This is where I found it
773.09375/803.09375 ? ? - DPS Texarkana. It positively gives the SID info as 013Eh-0204 but there is absolutely no license info for it except for a general coverage license with no details that I can understand so I'm just stumped! I can only hear this for about two to three hours at night and it displays 1 bar on the radio, audio is pretty good I am hearing Bowie SO A amazingly well in trunk mode. I'll put it on the TRX-1 in CC only mode and see what it kicks back.
That's what I meant. Thanks Kevin, I'll be listening to it to see what it reveals. And site 02-004 didn't exist in the RR database until the yesterday, so I imagine a DB admin saw this thread and added it.

Good logging Tom! I have a good band opening also but the signals are hot on UHF not 700. Listening to a system with RAN 8 on it and trying to find its origins.
Thanks for that great resource Bill! TXWARN North (How I have it labeled) should sound better on the scanner where I am at than what it does. I can Track the GATRRS system further away better than the closer TXWARN, odd.
That is an amazing find, too bad NC doesn't do something like thatMight Pages 33-39 help ? Found them as an attachment for the planned changes to the State Wide Licenses.
