Who uses 933.100 in Tulsa?

Heard traffic on 933.100 around 8:00 AM November 8. One person mentioning being near airport. Signal was in FM mode.

I don't know Clipper. I'll plug it in a bank and listen myself. It may have been federal or an airline.

I was listening to the users on 933.100 this morning before 8:00 AM. They were talking about a loading dock and a warehouse. I was near 41st and Peoria when I heard them yesterday and today. After giving it some thought, it might be bleed-over from another frequency. The frequency is not toned. But both sides of the conversation was heard.
