Just wondering about what antenna I should be using. I'm bringing my scanner to work.
I'm surrounded by moderns, and computers.
would that interfere with my reseption.

What frequency ranges are you wanting to monitor?

What kind of build are you in? Lots of metal / concrete?
More than one or two floors?

If yes on those, you probably won't get very much in terms of reception unless the radio is close, or the repeater has a lot of power.
