You have may noticed that the database is all green today. 
This will happen whenever we do an update to your county or in a multi-county trunk system. When a new system came on board it may have initially been entered as Provincewide, so as it will affect all counties and all counties were lit up.
We have since modified the entry by deleting Provincewide and will add counties as they come onboard. You can't wipe out the history so for today the counties will show green and the next seven days they will highlight yellow.
After tomorrow, any new changes should be apparent once the twenty four hour time limit passes.
