I don't live too far from where I believe this audio feed is setup:

I have the same frequencies in my 396xt and get very little traffic. When I do, it's got a lot of static or while trying to scan it gets a lot of interference that sounds like electrical pulses. I often find myself going back to the iPhone app to get the above feed so I can hear what's going on.
Is there a possibility that I have something setup wrong? I am using FreeScan on Windows 7 professional 64. Frequency mode is "FM" and audio type is "ALL"
